if your trying to gain mass and strength, less is more. 3 days a week lifting owuld be fine. 5 days of cardio may be too much for your goals. but it is healthy. I would cut yourself down to 2-3 days...

at least 4 sets of at least 16 reps = minimal 4 sets X minimal 16 reps... at least 4 x 16 (mostly 4 x 20, but not all the time)Same Make. Same Model. New Mission.

yea you ar e prolly doing your abs abit too much. Your overtaing them and not giving them enough time to recover. Take it down to about 2-3 times a week. Rememebr, your muscles grow when yougive them...
